How to stop Boko Haram in Nigeria.

This may sound funny, but I have a formula on how to stop the sect in Nigeria permanently. All I need is one week and support of the under listed people in this posting.I will form a committee comprising of the following:- Sultan of sokoto,General Yakubu Gowon, Alhaji Shehu Shagari, Alhaji Mohamadu Buhari, IBB, General Abdsalam, General Theophilus Danjuma, Adamu chiroma. General Jerry Useni, Col. Abubaka Umar, All past and present Governors of 19 states of the North, from 1999 till date. Bishop Kuka, VP Namadi Sambo, David Mark, Aminu Tambuwal, Ado Bayero (Emir of Kano) Bello Kurfi, M. D, Yusufu, Amb. M Z. Anka,Senator, Alhaji Matama Sule, Jubrin Salihu, Magaji Dambata, Dr. Olushola Sakaraki, Audu Ogbe, General Aliyu Gusay, Nuhu Ribadu, Alhaji Aliko Dangote, Malam Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, who will serve as the secretary of this august meeting. On the first day the only item on the agenda is just one-- DO WE WANT BOKO HARAM TO STOP AND ITS MEMBERS REINTEGRATED AND REHABILITATED? If we succeed in getting all the distinguished members answer YES. The Sect will become history, and the north will be better for it.This article is not meant to under rate the strength of Boko Haram, but in my village, if you have a protracted problem with a wealthy and strong man, the only way to get out of it is to find out from within and outside the village a man who mentored the big man, beg him to inter vain on your behalf, as soon as he shows up on your behalf,  your case is over and you are free. I believe that if the above mentioned personalities  should come together and speak with one voice, and invite the leaders of Boko Haram, assuring them of absolute protection which the Federal Government will Grantee,  when the battle is over a verdict of NO VICTOR NO VANQUISHED WILL BE DECLARED.What we have today is individuals trying to mediate between the sect and Nigeria. I am very sorry to say that it will not work, The Boko Haram issue is now bigger than one man show.
Day 2- Item on agenda, Making contact and sending invitation to the sect through any possible means.Contact Phone numbers of all the committee members will be advertised in newspapers, radio and television, for the sect members to call and confirm that what they are hearing on news is correct. Now the ground is set for a suitable date of first meeting between the committee members and the sect members to meet. These people are Nigerians and am sure that will not want the country to disintegrate. The Federal should be in a position to sponsor this meeting, adequate budget should be made available for the success of this excise.Disarming Boko Haram  will be at a cost which the FGN should bear. To be continued..........

CONGRATULATION TO PRESIDENT GEJ.

My good friend president Goodluck Jonathan, congratulation over your electoral victory at the pools and then at the tribunal. It is a testimony that the people voted for you,the court upheld your victor, and God Almighty sanctioned the crown on your head. once again congratulation.!!
Now over to the serious matter at hand GOVERNANCE. For you to make a positive impact in the history of occupants of Aso Rock, from the 1st to the one before you, there are certain issues you must address and urgently too.
1)  Firstly you, must get it clear that their is a WICKED spirit in active operation right  there inside the VILLA.
How did it get into the Villa and what is the modus oprandi of its activities?
The first occupants never, never, at any time wanted to leave office. They wanted to perpetuate themselves in office through either supernatural, occultist, or diabolic means, when they suspected that their human knowledge has failed them. To achieve this, it was alleged that they employed the services of FALSE PROPHETS, MAGICIANS, MARABOU RT, AND NECROMANCERS who fed them with, the information they wanted to hear, ALL IS WELL. Because they kept themselves in perpetual bondage they believe. But the little voice in them keep telling them that things are getting worse for the masses of this country.
In their confused state of mind, they embanked on settlement of these they felt will help them continue in power. Whenever you bribe people  to be in power, it exposes your weakness. FEAR. You become afraid of even your wife and domestic servants.

Most of the past occupants of Aso Rock left in a hurry, and as such could not clear the place of all the fetish things they left behind. These are spirit beings, and they don't die easily. They are alive and yawning for the usual sacrifice given to appease them either weekly or monthly. Nobody answered them, and that is why they keep causing confusion in all decision being taken at Aso Rock.

End of the road for Qaddfi

It is better to learn form people's mistake than for you to be a sad note in the history of man. Qaddafi has come and gone, but the world has a lot to learn from the life and times of the man who styled himself as "king of kings" First to our elected or self-imposed leaders. There is time for everything under the earth, time to come and time go. The only thing permanent on earth is change, and when it comes, you dear not resist it.When your are in power and in control, the same people that hail you and urges you on are the very people that will woe you when you are down. In the hay days of Qaddafi at the martyrs square in Tripoli, when he is making remembrance speeches, the crowd is unprecedented and they cheered and urges him to ride on. The same crowd poured into the martyrs square to celebrate his catastrophic fall. If he had known, he would not have dragged his family into this mess. Again, world leaders should stop toying with the idea of grooming their children to succeed them in office when they die. It is an insult to the collective intelligence of the people , after servfing a  man, they now go ahead to serve the child no matter how good he is . It has been the unseen hand propelling people to revolt in countries where their serving head of state wants to toe that line of succession.. The consequence of such action is that the entire family may be wiped out in the process. If it did not work for Saddam Hussein of Iraq, Mubarak of Egypt, and now Qaddafi of Libya it will definitely not work for that new tyrant or dictator still nursing such ambition. You may ask me what of George w Bush Junior of America? Then my answer is , was Junior's reign a blessing or course for the Americans? He lied to Americans, in order to go to war in Iraq, He spent so much to hunt down Osama, and failed. The economic disaster that America is today was inherited from the government of Junior. Come to think of it objectively, how can a adult be called junior and  the world expect him to reason maturely? It is high time that people stop calling  matured men junior. This is because Junior will always act and reason like a child.
What played out in Libya is a clear demonstration that power belong to the people. When they decide to make you a leader, you are only keeping the power in trust for them, any time you misuse the power, the people will go after you as was done in Libya and is now going on in Syria and Yemen.. You do not need to be a rocket scientist to predict the out come of the two countries that its people has peacefully demonstrated for more than six months asking their leaders to go in vain. The blood of innocent people killed with the gun purchased with tax payers money  of Syria and Yemen is daily caring for vengeance. God is not a man and as such He will arise for these masses and soonest too;
For gallant NTC fighters, congratulation!! Now is the time for you to rebuild your country, T

DICTATORS, POWER, AND PEOPLE!

"No man can be trusted with power,to be endurable, power must be shared to the widest possible extent. The  single ruler, defeats the purpose of our common humanity. No man once he has come to power remains completely SANE. He inevitably surrenders to self indulgent FANTASIES, rejoice in his own majestic utterance, and loses the most precious of his possession -- humanity. The greatest POISON  ever known is Caesar's Laurel Crown. (Poet William Blake). Whenever one man exerts power over his fellow men, he is committing an act of TREASON. If he utilizes all the resources of Modern Technologies in order to maintain himself in power he is all the more guilty and deserve punishment, because he has stolen from the people what is rightly theirs.
Dictators deserve to be hanged in the market place, in the sight of the people they ruled and corrupted. This is why the hanging of Mussolini upside down in a Milan gas station was in human terms EMINENTLY SATISFACTORY." (Robert Payne)
American George Bush and British Tony Blair lied to the world to justify the bloody war in Iraq, that contributed to a great extent the economic melt down that shook the entire world's economic foundation. I don't know how else you can define a DICTATOR. The revolution in the Arab world, is a bold DEMAND from the people to get back what rightly belong to them- POWER. Yet there are other dictators doted across the globe and mostly in the continent of Africa who are so gullible that they cannot read the handwriting on the wall. Their oracle and false prophets and marabout have assured them that nothing will happen and that the people loves them. They erroneously think that they can hide tlheir dictatorial tendencies from a civilized internet world. Time is running out on world dictators, their is no hiding place for the jelly fish. For more than six months now there has been continuous  protest is Syria and Yemen  rather than yield to the will of those you purport to be serving, the leadership of these countries have turned the mussel of the gun against their people, killing and maiming at will. For killing those you are suppose to protect posterity will be harsh on these leaders. What is playing out in Libya should have been a good lesson for Assad  and Ali, unfortunately they are poor students of HISTORY. May God Almighty help them. When a band of ''rascals"started a peaceful protest at Benghazi Libya, Murmur Qaddafi dismissed them as rats and dogs, today he knows better. When you take what belongs to a child and raise your hands up, the child will patiently wait until you are tired, as soon as your hands are weak and lowered the child takes back his property. Food for thought for our sit tight Leaders.

STURBON LEADERS.

It is amazing how the devil gets hold of  the minds of our heads of state all over the world. How come that with all the examples at the disposal of the Libyan strong man  he still fall into the abyss of destruction. He saw what happened to  Saddam Hussein  and his family, Gbogbo of cor'tdevour , Egypt's Mubarak etc. and still allow those he called rats and dogs to chase him out power. What then do we say about Syria' and Yemen's heads of state who on a daily biases  see violent revolt from those he is supposed to lead, but now  using force against them. They were suppose to be servant of the people. The bullet bought with people's money kept in his custody, is now being used to kill the people. God is watching. You don't need a Rocket Science to know the end  of  Syria and Yemen Leadership. Nigerian Leadership is also drifting towards the same end, or else how will somebody be talking about the removal of phantom Oil subsidy to a dying masses? Its is "Political Terrorism" to inflict death and pains on the  people that voted you into power. Gadfly's  end should serve as as a sad  lesson for all leaders. He was in government, he had the absolute power, at his command, people were slaughtered, today, where is him? In hiding like a common criminal waooo. The very people that hailed him are now wooing him. Is there a lesson from all this? Your guess is good as mine! To be continued.

Deceicing your congregation.

Isaiah 29 vs 15, " Woe unto them that seek deep to hide their council from the Lord, and their works are in the dark, and they say, who seeth us? and who knoweth us? Do not think that you are clever in the things of God. When you use the contributions of poor members of your church to build Hospitals, schools and Universities and shut the doors against these poor people with exorbitant fees that only the corrupt politicians and drug barons, armed robbers and people with questionable means of income could pay. You may deceive us but not God. He judges by your intent not action. If you fail to repent you will likewise perish. There is still chance for you to bring down these fees and allow the poor members to enjoy the fruit of their labour. Who do you want to impress? What shall it profit a man to gain the whole world and loose his soul? Remember we brought nothing into this world and definitely we shall leave with nothing. There come a time in ones life when MONEY will fail you.

BREAKING - UP NIGERIA.

Recently there have been a healthy debate by Face Book fans in Nigeria as to whether Nigeria should break up or stay together. I have looked at all the argument for and against and come to the conclusion that there is no baises for Nigeria to Break - up. The commoners on the street have no problem with each other be they Igbo, Hausa, or Yoruba, Ibibio, Kanuri or Isekiri. The problem is with the elites(they constitute about 2%) from all tribes in the person of failled politician. As they gather to loot, and share our collective patrimony - the national treasurer in Abuja, whosoever looses out run back to his tribe to complain that "they his tribe" not 'him the failed politician' are maginlised. All these voilent millitants accross the Nation was created by the politicians. After arming and using the youth to win election they abandon them and enter the state house where they secure themselves and family. The irony of it is that at the end of their tenor the monster they created while in office now become their foe. How come our past governors now find it difficult to go to their state after they left office. Some have even tendered an open appology to the monsters they created. I think time has come when we as a people should re-configure our mentality and sence of value. The money they have laboured all through life suddenly become excess in their possesion, the result absolute madness.Nigeria will surely outlive these band of looters.some where along the road they discover that money faileth, people desert them and they start itching to come back correct their past misdeed. can it work? ofcourse we know it does not work. Judge OBJ's second comining and compare it with his first coming and you will understand what i mean.

End-Time Confussion In Churches.

When a minister of God get converted and set up his church, the way he approaches and interpreat the Bible and formulate doctrine at times are not correct. After many years in the service of the Lord, and with new truth from the blble, and he discoveres that the earlier doctrine which he once preached and beleived was actually wrong, how does he go back to his teeming congregation to tell them that he has goofed? May God give us the boldness to accept that we were wrong, applogise to our congregation, put foward the correct position and move foward. No man is infaliable, and no pastor or general overseer should play God. The move belongs to God and we are all vessels which He can use at His discretion. Forget about your earlire mistake, afterall maturity comes with age. The Gospel must be preached to the millions matching to hell. It is more important to redeem these people than to continue defending our childhood mistake in the Lord.I can hear the foot step of the Master coming! Shalon

COURSE: ONLINE JOURNALISM (MASS 777)

PGD III (PRINT JOURNALISM PART TIME.)

                                 A Professional Journalist in action.
WHO IS A JOURNALIST?
A journalist collects and disseminates information about current events, people, trends, and issues.  His or her work is acknowledged as journalism. Reporters are one type of journalist. They create reports as a profession for broadcast or publication in mass media such as newspapers, television, radio, magazines, documentary film, and the internet. Reporters find sources for their work, their reports can be either spoken or written, and they are often expected to report in the most objective and unbiased way to serve the public good. A columnist is a journalist who writes pieces that appear regularly in newspapers on magazines.
Depending on the context, the term journalist also includes various types of editors and visual journalists, such as photographers, graphic artists, and page designers.
Foremost in the minds of most practicing journalist’s is the issue of maintaining credibility. Professional integrity is the cornerstone of a journalist’s credibility
CITIZEN JOURNALIST:

A citizen Journalist in action.
This is a person who practices journalism without training in the profession. They practice citizen journalism. Citizen journalism is also known as public participatory, democratic or street journalism. It is the concept of which members of the public playing active role in the process of collecting, reporting and disseminating news/ information. The intent of this information is to provide independent, reliable, accurate, wide range of relevant information which a democracy required.
Citizen journalism shouldn’t be confused with community journalism or civic journalism which is practiced by professional journalist. It is a specific form of citizen media as well as user – generated content. The idea behind citizen journalism is that people won’t go through journalism training but can use the tool of modern technology from the internet to create augment or fact - check media on their own. E.g. you might write about a city council meeting on your blog or in your on – line forum. You can snap a digital photo of a newsworthy event happening in your town and post it on your sight as U – tube. According to John Rosen, Citizen Journalist, the people formerly known audience who were on the receiving end of media system which ran one way, whit high entry fees and a few firm competing to speak is looking while the rest of the population listen in isolation whit one another and who today are in a situation like that at all.
According to Mark Glaser many eye witnesses account of the terrorist attack on the world trade centre come from citizen journalist. Images and stories from citizen journalist close to the World Trade Centre offered correct information and played a major role in the story.
CRITICISIM: Citizen Journalist may be an activist within a community they write about. This has drawn some criticism form the traditional media institution. Many traditional journalist view citizen journalist with some scaptism. They believe only trained journalist can understand the ethics in reporting news.

‘REPENT OR PERISH’, Evanglist Tells Ikeja Residents.
This was the message of the mobile preacher who just stopped under the Ikeja flyover beaming his sermon to ever ready ‘inquisitive’ lagosians. He is of the opinion that our men of God have failed God in their duty. They have left the things of God and are now in pursuit of fame and finance.
The consequence is that God has stopped speaking to them and is now raising preachers like him to take the gospel to the masses and have them saved. He said that God is not a respecter of persons, but in every city those obey and serve Him in truth and righteousness He works with.
Why does the devil always go after anointed men that were genuinely chosen by God to disgrace them and make the word of God of no effect?
How does the devil convince them to close their heart and mind against God and do those things they once preached against?
In the bible you made Moses a man that has the single honor to speak with God face to face not to enter the Promised Land due to anger.
You pushed King David a man after God’s heart to deliberately commit adultery and in a bid to cover it up committed murder.
You caused the wisest man on earth King Solomon, the son of King David to turn his heart against God, later when he came back to his senses, he lamented, “vanity upon vanity, all is vanity” The list is inexhaustible, time and space will not permit me to go on and on.
Now, how does this concern the men of God in Nigeria? I believe these men of God have read the Bible’s account of the rise and fall of their counterparts in the Holy Book, they read of the rise and fall of churches, they have also read books written by other men of God, they have themselves written and preached about the same issue, how come that they do not want to hid to wise council and retrace their steps and go back to their original calling which I know is to win souls for Christ. I read a book titled God’s General by Robert Liardon and I am sure that almost all the General Overseers/Superintendents in this country must have read the book. Here is extracts from the book about John Alexander Dowie – “The Healing Apostle” “Dowie’s leadership was gaining a strong National influence. Seeing his Potential and knowing his stand, the Temperance Society (His Church) members asked him to run for parliament. At first he opposed the idea. But he LATER changed his mind, thinking he could possible influence more in the political arena and decided to enter the race.  Dowie suffered a SOUND DEFEAT in the election. The local newspapers that have been so damaged by his ministry waged an all-out attack against him. The (old) politicians and alcoholic beverage industries paid untold amounts to money to see him slandered and defeated. After the election, Alexander Dowie had wounded his CHURCH and disgraced his ministry.  (He knows or decided not to know) The apostolic and Political don’t mix. Dowie with his calling should never have resorted to political life style. If it did not work in Chicago it definitely will not work in Nigeria. Politics in Nigeria is a dirty game; you don’t play it with ‘white shirt’. Our men of God should been at the background bombarding heaven with prayers.
Robert Liardon also went further to say of Dowie regarding ZION city which He built and gave out for people on lease.  “Dowie unveiled the architectural plans for ZION (city) at the new year’s Eve watch night service on January 1, 1900. His business ability was praised by his people and the SECULAR world for starting the ZION LAND INVESTMENT ASSOCIATION. Although Liardon did not state this, I believe that had Zion city been in Nigeria General overseers would have made provision for a shopping mall and a first class university. It will also have a magnificent ‘DELEVRANCE CHTHEDRAL’ which will cost #35 Billion (thirty – five billion naira only) that is when valued in Nigerian currency. A part of Zion city will house a television Station to be used to “reach” the perishing world. Zion city must have a micro Finance Bank to make sure the ministry’s money does not go to unbeliever’s hand. Then a private jet will be acquired to help our ministry travel across the globe for evangelism, since it’s cheaper. ‘ Haba’, are we still going to heaven? Are we still strangers and pilgrims on earth? Are this world and its content still reserved for fire at the end of time? Devil, you are a liar; The Almighty God will deliver us from your grip.
Could it be that God has stopped talking to pastors inside the churches in Nigeria, and is now talking to a new generation of preachers, from the grass root, some of who uses mobile church as was seen recently at Ikeja round about. The mobile church has all it takes to be a church. There is offering box, prayer request box, and time for counseling. There is GSM number for you to send distress call in case of emergency. God can use any body. He stopped talking to Prophet Eli, and shifted to little Samuel the servant without his knowing about it. (I Samuel 3:9) I have a feeling that these ministers of God now know that God has stopped talking to them, that is why they are using human knowledge, and the gift of God still in them since God’s gift is of no repentance to still keep their congregation. To secure their feature and their family in case the church fails, they now go into business venture, trying to outdo the business men. Some of them might be wondering why FOBRES have not enlisted them as African richest men. One of them recently said on tape “my prayer request is that God will give me a PRIVATE JET to enable me spread the gospel  as other ministers of God in Nigeria and abroad”.
Finally, I want to appeal to our ministers of God to do a stock taking of their activities and life style and make amend; God is ever willing to forgive and pardon.  His mercy endured for ever, but He is also a consuming fire!

MEDIA CONVERGENCE - THE NIGERIA EXPERIENCE

http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_tHHT948XD5I/SwHDo1-Q9VI/AAAAAAAAAD0/wrum7Z6LoGE/s1600/converge_full.jpg

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The merging of media delivery platforms and contents create new opportunities for the development and delivery of services and products that can expand access to communication services in all parts of Nigeria and better meet the needs of users.
WHAT IS MEDIA CONVERGENCE?
According to Encyclopedia Britannica, media convergence is a “phenomenon involving the interlocking of computing and information technology companies, telecommunications networks and content providers from the publishing world of newspapers, magazines, music, radio, television, films and entertainment software. Media convergence brings together the “three Cs”- Computing, Communication and Content.”
In other words, “media convergence is the merging of mass communication outlets – print, television, radio, the internet along with portable and interactive technologies through various digital presentation platforms”.http//sites.actx.edu/gibson_i/what_is_media_convergence.htm.
Bowles and Borden (2004); “convergence as applied to journalism and the media is about delivering news content through several media forms or platforms”.
In line with Kung, Picard and Towse (2008: 36-37) three definitions of the term, media convergence can be said to occur at two primary levels;
·         Technologies/Product related: That is, the conversion of creative content into standard digital forms for delivery through broadband or wireless networks for display on various computers or computer-like devices, from cell phones to Digital Video Recorders (DVRs) linked up to television.
Technological convergence thus refers to the trend for some set of technologies initially having distinct functionalities to evolve to having those that overlap. For example, mobile phones making voice calls, performing SMS, Internet, radio, television and camera functions.
It is the integration of voice, video, data etc. And from the perspective of the device through which content is consummated, it is the coming together of previously distinct products that employ digital technologies.ie, the uniting of functions of the computer, telephone and television set.
·         Industries/Sector focused: This is the merger or strategic alliances of companies across the business spectrum from media to telecommunication to technology in order to develop new business models.
It should be noted that technical convergence is the merging of the delivery technologies through which content reaches the consumer: Radio, conventional broadcasting, satellite, cable, fiber optics, wireless, internet.
TYPES OF MEDIA CONVERGENCE
From the fore going discussion, seven types of media convergence exist, as identified by Berger (2008: 168);
·         Corporate Convergence: The merger of media companies into conglomerates. For instance, television networks and radio networks, newspaper chains and cable television, telecommunications companies and broadcast media companies etc.
·         Producer Convergence: That is production processes where content is coordinated or shared.
·         Consumer Convergence: This is convergence of media consumer devices. E.g. the camera, cell phone or computers being used to watch video broadcasts.
·         Content Convergence: The coming together of producer and consumer function. Where the audience generates media (content)
·         Investment Convergence: The branching out of a traditional print operation into internet publishing or audio/video or mobile. Here, there is the urge to cut back on cost to save funds.
·         Reverse publishing from the web into print.
·         Environment Convergence: This is convergence of skills, set of previously segregated specialist media practitioners, reporters and news editor or production personnel. This also includes people, infrastructure, capacity, business environment.
Note that convergence as it relates to Newsroom sees staff shooting video, recording audio, blogging and reporting for print and web.
THE NIGERIA EXPERIENCE
Media convergence in terms of branching out of the traditional print operation into internet publishing or audio/video or mobile is quite prevalent in Nigeria. Most newspapers and broadcast media have online presence. But however, most of the newspapers have limited multimedia functions as they only display text and pictures/graphics. Nevertheless, of all the newspapers, only “Next” has video, audio, text, graphics and pictures featured in news stories.
Content convergence is also visible in Nigeria media industry; especially in the print media. An example is in the case of the punch newspapers where what is printed in the hard (offline) copies are the same story contents online. Note that Nigerians/audience world over can read and contribute regularly to discussions on various issues about the country.
Many Nigerians own devices that receive radio and television signals. That is, the camera cell phones or computers used to receive or watch broadcast. Hence, convergence at the business model of consumer devices is present in Nigeria. The punch, the Nation and Channels television are in this category of media convergence.
Another convergence which present in the Nigeria media scene is the content convergence which allows the readers to comment on issues like the Punch my news.com
Nigeria is relatively deficient in convergence of skills which requires journalist to be multi- skilled. That is not only report and write stories but also be able to take pictures with digital cameras/phones, record audio/video and be able to edit same for publication on both offline and online media. As well as required to create and maintain a website and weblogs in addition to the traditional journalism skills. Unfortunately, only a few of Nigerian journalists possess the requisite training and skills for online/multimedia journalism like Qasim Akinreti.
Blogging and citizen journalism which are forms of the convergence of producer and consumer function exist in Nigeria.eg Funmi Iyanda, Qasim Akinreti to mention but a few. Again, citizen journalism allows non-professional contributors to send in video and audio reports which are aired. For example, Punch–“your news@punch”
So far, no Nigeria media falls into the category of corporate convergence. That is, convergence between telecommunications and media companies or television and newspaper companies etc. As in the case of American Online (AOL) an Internet company and Time magazine in USA.
CONCLUSION
Convergence has been made possible by digitalization which allows different types of content (audio, video, text) to be stored in the same format and delivered through a wide variety of technologies (computer, mobile phones, television e.t.c.).
At different levels in the Nigeria media industry, convergence is already seen. Even the industry mergers to form mega conglomerate media companies that is yet to happen is bound to occur with time.

An Indonesian Jihad Leader Abu Bakar Bashir, in an interview with First Post Scott Atran said"" Islam cannot be ruled by others, Allah's law must stand above human law. There is no example of Islam and infidel, the right and the wrong living together in peace'' Here lies the fundamental believe of Boko Haram. The elite Muslims who benefited from western education knows that this believe is at variance with natural justice and equity and its not enforceable. This explains the criminal silence of those who are suppose to speak  but refused to in the face of cruel murder of defenseless Christians in the North. The master-mind of Christmas day Church bombing are very happy that they have done the will of Allah and that they have a place in paradise, whereas the victims are crying to God asking for vengeance against the perpetrators of such a dastardly act. The victims believe that the hotest part of Hell is reserved for the terrorist suicide bomber..
For peace to reign in Nigeria the government should do everyting humanly possible to return this country to a sercular sstate. It will be veery difficult to mix religion and government  here, it will never work. Those who smuggled Nigeria into O.I.C. through the back door knows that it was wrong. The best solution is for the Mulims to worship their Allah in peace and if need be use only perseuaton and peaceful approach in seeking new members. In the same way Christians should go about practcing their faith with out disturbance from anybody. There is never a competition between Christians and Muslims. Since the creation of Nigeria I have never heard of Christians trying to force Muslims to accept Christ. Our Muslim brothers know quite well that it is practically impossible in todays Nigeria to force anybody to follow your religion.  We all know that you can only force a horse to the stream but cannot force her to drink water. One thing about Christianity is that it grows rapidly under persecution.  The more you try to stop its spread by force the bigger it grows.
When Jesus Christ died and resurrected, He left 11 timid, frighted, and mostly uneducated fisher men to carry the gospel to the then known world. They achieved little, because they were afraid, but when the Holy Sprite was come and power given to them from above, their was explosion in membership which attracted persecution on them. You can't stop the Gospel of Christ by force. Devil knows this. (to be continued)
