From Governor Rotimi Amaechi's Brown Envelope containing N5 Million!!!

From ‪#‎TheAmaechiIKnow‬ To ‪#‎TheHustlerIAm‬ - The Hunter Becomes The Hunted
In today's Nigeria, if you can copy and paste any news that is mocking the Firstlady on your Facebook wall and tag few people, you're now a journalist. If you can make a correct sentence with the name of Goodluck Jonathan and include the word "clueless", you would be hailed as a progressive. If you can tweet with a hashtag ‪#‎BringBackOurGirls‬, you'd be called an Activist. This is a sad reality of our society today.
For some days now, the Social Media has been flooded with the visitation of "A Group of Brown Envelopes" otherwise known as "Join-a-list" to Port Harcourt on the invitation of Gov Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi - the media frenzy governor of Rivers State.
Apart from one gentleman who was invited too - who has been in the game of journalism for over 17 years, where he has carved a niche for himself both locally and internationally, but majority of the invitees have no knowledge of the word - Journalism and only went there to receive a "gift" for a hatchet job. Yes, it's a fact that no one enters Brick House and comes out empty handed unless if your name is Mbu. Some said that Amaechi is stingy, but they've forgotten that he can do anything that would enhance his popularity and massage his ego. A proud and pompous man can pay anything that would make you keep singing his praises.
Don't get me wrong. You have the right to visit and collect money from any politician. You also have the right to belong to any political party and sing the praises of any politician. You have the right to attack the govt even unnecessarily with fabricated lies as you have been doing. But you DON'T have the right to pretend that you're non-partisan, thereby deceiving gullible Nigerians who think that you're being objective and working for the good of the nation whereas you're working for the good of your pocket and stomach. You don't have such right!
This set of people that took this N5m have been parading themselves both online and offline as activists and anti-corruption crusaders...attacking this govt with unfounded allegations, even using Boko Haram terrorism as a tool to checkmate the govt, whereas they're CORRUPTION personified. Just a lil get-together, they've turned from "hunters" of corrupt politicians to the hunted corruption-personified. One can imagine what they'd do if they've the opportunities those in govt they're attacking have...they'll loot Nigeria dry. My advise to them is to kindly come out from the closet and boldly take a stand like some of us. Stop dying in pretense!
The denial and counter-denial of the N5m won't fly. How do you expect us to believe that you were flown to PH, lodged in a 5-Star hotel, fed 5-Star meal and at the end, the governor said - "thanks for coming". Tell that to the marines! You left your jobs and husbands/wives (remember you are not a Journalist) for 2 days, only to be shown model schools that can only be managed by Indians, not Nigerians even when the FG is vigorously campaigning for local content. Those Indians that took over jobs meant for Nigerians didn't bother you - even you that accuse Mr. President of not creating enough jobs. Yet you saw where Nigerians were relegated to the background in their own country and it didn't bother you because what you were after was just your "gift". How corrupt and wicked can people be?!
Some said they paid extra 9k for their ticket. Yes, it could be true, but anyone who does that, did it because s/he believes in the course. Otherwise, such is not obtainable in a Nigerian society.
To Nigerians, when you read from these bloody Hypocrites - you should know where to place them, unless you're in their camp - the camp of "kettle calling pot black"!
